Midland is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running a high-quality site within Premium Country Pubs. You will inspire your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and guest experiences, acting as a role model and guiding development within the team.

You will be focused on guest care, operational excellence, and achieving business targets while enjoying strong progression opportunities and attractive staff perks.

• Experience as deputy/assistant manager in hospitality.
• Ability to train and inspire team to deliver excellent service.
