The Rams Head in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager and lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervising a team.
• Ability to inspire and develop staff while delivering excellent guest experience.
• Willingness to lead by example and drive staff development.

Responsibilities

• Use management experience to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be the role model to guide development within your team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and guests have memorable moments.
• Strive towards business targets.
