Job summary

The Lambs Green Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns collection, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, inspire the team and deliver memorable guest experiences in a welcoming pub setting.

You’ll develop staff, drive service standards, and help achieve business targets while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits such as staff discounts, pension and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management at supervisory level.
• Ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service.
• Act as a role model and guide staff development.
• Ensure guests are cared for and that memorable moments are created.

As Deputy Manager at the Lambs Green Inn, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
