Job summary

JW Lees, a family-owned hospitality group in the North West, is recruiting an Assistant Manager for one of our Manchester pubs. You will lead a team, deliver excellent service and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will need leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a strong customer focus, and a drive to learn and advance within the business. This on-site role offers a clear path to progression and a chance to contribute to memorable guest experiences.

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong customer service focus and team motivation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
