Job summary

JW Lees is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team in Manchester. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional service and motivate the team to achieve results across our pub and inn operations.

You will support the General Manager, take the helm in their absence and work on key commercial areas. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail and a passion for guest experience are essential.

Qualifications

• You will have previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail.
