Job summary

George & Dragon Mountnessing is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and drive a superb guest experience. You will mentor your team, train staff, and act as Duty Manager when needed, delivering service with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
