Job summary

TRGC is recruiting a General Manager to lead one of its airport restaurant operations and drive profitability from an early start, with shifts starting at 3 AM. You will inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time, ensuring guests leave happy regardless of hour.

The role demands strong hospitality leadership, KPI/P&L oversight, and strict regulatory compliance within a fast-paced environment. We offer development opportunities, training, and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.
• Strong hospitality management background.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organised, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Willing to undergo criminal record check.

What We’re Looking For In Our General Manager...

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
