Job summary

TRGC is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy airport restaurant operation. You will drive profitability, oversee daily operations, and motivate a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from dawn shifts onward.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management principles.

What We’re Looking For In Our General Manager...

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
