Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Blackbird Hotel, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family. You will support the General Manager, lead a kitchen and front-of-house team, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience with a focus on team motivation and development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to WOW guests and drive repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
