Mitchells & Butlers plc in Lancashire is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager for the Devonshire Arms. You’ll support the General Manager, lead the team, and help deliver a great guest experience.

You’ll mentor staff, train the team, and model excellent service. The role includes shift management when the GM isn’t available, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.

• Act as Duty Manager in GM's absence.
