Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Springfield Inn, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager, lead your team, and drive exceptional guest experiences with a focus on mentoring each team member to reach their full potential.

You’ll be part of a brand with 28 days holiday, pension, employee discounts, and shares, while delivering memorable service in a warm, welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience delivering guest experiences and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
