Job summary

Beagle, part of Mitchells & Butler's Vintage Inns collection, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll mentor staff, drive service standards, and help run day-to-day operations at our Beagle pub.

You’ll motivate and develop your team, train colleagues, and act as Duty Manager when required, supporting career growth through the company’s progression opportunities and a range of worthwhile staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Able to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Lead by example to create memorable guest moments.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
