Melville Inn in Lasswade is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead the team, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. You’ll coach staff, monitor service standards, and help create a cosy pub atmosphere that aligns with Vintage Inns branding.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
