Job summary

Sticks'n'Sushi White City is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead shifts, uphold elevated hospitality and inspire a premium guest experience. You will guide the team to deliver outstanding service and a memorable dining journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, premium full-service restaurant.
• Hands-on, adaptable and able to respond quickly to challenges.
• Ability to deliver personal touches and memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll bring to us:

• A track record of excellence from previous roles, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high volume, premium full table service restaurant
• The adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges & changes
• A real understanding of ‘hands on’ togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow Fish (the wonderful teram)
• A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests, helping to take them away from the real world for a while
