Job summary

Sticks’n’Sushi in Shoreditch is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the team and uphold our high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced, premium full-service setting. You will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and ensure consistent guest experiences across all service levels.

You will bring a track record of excellence in hospitality, with flexibility and a hands-on leadership style to support colleagues and maintain quality while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Track record of excellence in hospitality, ideally as Assistant/Deputy/Restaurant Manager in a high-volume premium full-service restaurant.
• Ability to stay flexible and respond to challenges with calm under pressure.
• Able to deliver personal touches and memorable experiences for guests.

At Sticks'n'Sushi we serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality. • Making good decisions, solving challenges and keeping the positive energy flowing

What you’ll bring to us:

• A track record of excellence from previous roles, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high volume, premium full table service restaurant
• The adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges & changes
• A real understanding of ‘hands on’ togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow Fish (the wonderful teram)
• A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests, helping to take them away from the real world for a while
