Job summary

Sticks'n'Sushi White City is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach a high‑performing team and maintain the premium hospitality we’re known for at Westfield White City. You will stay calm under pressure, manage guest experiences and support operations with a hands‑on, supportive leadership style.

You’ll bring a track record of excellence in fast‑paced premium dining, a natural ability to lead with warmth, and a passion for guest care, with a focus on costs, quality and consistency

• Leading our shifts to ensure our elevated hospitality
• Motivating, coaching and inspiring your team to always deliver the best fresh food, premium drinks and excellent service
• Building for the future by growing a strong community of guests, welcoming everyone equally.
• Making good decisions, solving challenges and keeping the positive energy flowing

What you’ll bring to us:

• A track record of excellence from previous roles, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high volume, premium full table service restaurant
• The adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges & changes
• A real understanding of ‘hands on’ togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow Fish (the wonderful teram)
• A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests, helping to take them away from the real world for a while
