Sticks'n'Sushi Shoreditch is seeking a Bartender to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service in a busy bar and dining setting.

You’ll learn Danish and Japanese-inspired drinks, stay calm under pressure and join our team of Strange Fish, who celebrate hospitality with great benefits and a vibrant culture. The role welcomes energetic individuals who love making guests smile.

Qualifications

• Ensure bar service standards are delivered at the highest level and guest needs come first.

At Sticks'n'Sushi we serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality. What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

• Ensure our bar service standards are carried out at the highest level and always prioritise the needs of the guests.
• Ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the bar and restaurant
• Continuously develop knowledge of our new products and concepts
• You’ll be the face of our values, culture and brand, helping our Guests to leave the real world behind for a little while.
• You’ll bring passion, energy, and personality to the bar - every shift!
• You will learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a drink, pour sake, or guide the guest through our menu, your focus is on mastering your craft.

• Ideally, you already have experience in a busy bar, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.
