Pho Liverpool on Bold Street is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. The role offers a base salary of £32,400 plus tron, with total earnings up to £42,400 per year.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant management experience.
• Passion for food and willingness to train staff.
• People person with rota scheduling experience.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and handling stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Manage rota and scheduling to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience.

**What Pho is looking for:**. .

• Minimum x1 years' Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both.
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you'll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food..
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers..
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering..
