Pho Victoria is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will help oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff training, and manage rosters to ensure smooth service. You will coordinate with suppliers and contribute to stock ordering and menu excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.

• Comfortable using stock/order systems such as Acquire.

We’re looking for a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team in Pho Victoria

Salary offer of up to £39,600 is made up of a base of £32,400 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
