This is not a hands-on care role. However, we are particularly interested in candidates with an understanding of older people's care and support needs, who can recognise when residents may require additional assistance and work effectively with families and external care providers.
A major focus of the position will be people leadership. You will be a visible and approachable presence for the team, helping to bring colleagues together, recognise great performance and ensure employees feel engaged, valued and supported.

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum
The role is based on 7.5-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm.
You will work every other weekend, with two days off during the week.
