Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You will lead from the front, inspiring the team and delivering memorable guest experiences while deputising for the General Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team or in a branded hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to drive financial and KPI performance.
• Strong people development and guest experience focus.

• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
