As Assistant Manager at Miller and Carter Kings Langley, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be! Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Proven leadership in day-to-day operations and service delivery.
• Experience as Duty Manager or similar backing and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and be the Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service proud of the brand.
• Lead by example and drive development within the team.
• Guide the team to create moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
