Job summary

THE IVY PTE. LTD. in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to oversee outlet operations, drive profitability, and maintain high service standards.

You will lead the service, bar and kitchen teams, coordinate with Marketing for promotions, and ensure smooth day-to-day running. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in bar and restaurant settings, a hospitality qualification or WSQ, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to work six days including weekends

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality related studies or WSQ in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in Bar and Restaurant environment
• Excellent knowledge of F&B products and industry trends
• Exceptional leadership skills to lead, manage, train and motivate staff
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Fluent in English with good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Willing to work 6 days with weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities
