Job summary

Royal Saracens Head is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a motivated team in a premium pub environment.

You will train staff, uphold brand standards, and act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and guest-focused service.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver high standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest experiences.
