White Horse in Greater London is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and mentor each team member to be their best. Join Castle Pubs, where every pub has its own story and personality.

You’ll be the Duty Manager when the General Manager isn’t around, using your communication skills to train, inspire and deliver great food, drink and service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation.
