Position Overview

Berkeley Scott seeks an Assistant Manager for a busy branded restaurant in Glasgow City. This permanent role offers a salary plus tips and high tronc, on a 48-hour contract. The successful candidate will support the General Manager, work closely with the kitchen, and manage and develop a team. Applicants should come from a branded restaurant background and be accustomed to high-volume operations. Strong leadership and people-development skills are essential, along with the ability to uphold high standards.
