Job Overview

Berkeley Scott seeks a Head Mixologist for a prestigious five-star hotel in Glasgow.

This permanent role demands a luxury background with proven knowledge of Forbes standards, which is essential.

Strong mixology expertise and hands-on leadership are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Key duties include creating innovative cocktails, managing stock, training staff, and maintaining exceptional service.
• Bar leadership and operations
• Beverage expertise and menu development
• Maintaining standards and writing SOPs
• Team leadership and development
• Collaboration with other departments to enhance the guest journey
• Commercial awareness
• Standards and compliance
• Reporting to the Food and Beverage Services Manager, and working collaboratively with the Assistant Managers, and wider team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest journey across all outlets.
• You will take ownership of our newly refurbished bar spaces, driving standards, developing your team, and embedding a culture of excellence and professionalism.
