Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You’ll support the General Manager, lead from the front on every shift, and help create memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.

With a focus on people, performance-based bonuses, and a clear progression path to General Manager, this role offers a friendly, lively environment and opportunities to grow within Marston's.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Willingness to deputise for the General Manager when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate pub team on every shift.
• Deliver right-for-guest and right-for-team actions at all times.
• Be accountable for pub operations when deputising for the GM.
• Progression path via Aspire programme to become General Manager.
