Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team on a permanent salaried contract, offering security and structured career development through the Aspire programme that can lead to a General Manager role.

You will support the GM, lead the pub team across shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding our standards. A strong track record in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment is preferred.
