Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for hands-on leadership in our busy kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in during shifts and running the line during service. You’ll mentor the team, uphold high standards of food and service, and help develop skills across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Capacity to run the line during service.
