Job summary

Marston's PLC in Bridlington is seeking a Sous Chef to be the second in command in the kitchen, stepping up when the Head Chef isn't on shift. You’ll support managing all kitchen aspects and run the line during service.

You will oversee and develop the kitchen team, maintaining the highest standards of food and service with passion. Flexible, part-time hours and growth opportunities through our career pathway are offered.

Qualifications

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
