Job summary

Marston's PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to join the pub management team and step up when the General Manager isn't around. You’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

As part of a supportive structure, you’ll help drive financial KPI's, motivate the team across shifts, and ensure smooth operations when deputising for the GM. Aspire programme supports progression to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team on every shift.
• Passion for doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Willingness to deputise for the GM and run the pub operation when required.
