Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. No prior hospitality experience required; you'll gain skills via our DNA app-based training and have clear career pathways toward supervisor roles.

Be the face of our pubs, delivering great customer service, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and upselling where suitable. Flexible and part-time hours offered, with progression opportunities across our pub network.

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required.
• On-the-job training via our app-based DNA pathway.
• Ability to deliver friendly, high-quality service and upsell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve customers, and upsell delicious food and drinks.

We're on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bar and Waiting teams are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's not just delivering delicious, quality food. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
