Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Crawley is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead shifts, mentor the team, and ensure guests leave with a smile. You’ll work alongside the GM to drive KPI targets, manage daily operations, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced service culture.

You’ll use your leadership experience and high energy to inspire the crew, deliver hospitality excellence, and help grow the team’s potential within a thriving restaurant environment.
