KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Shift Managers and Crew
- Support the delivery of high-quality food and service
- Create a positive work environment where the team enjoys their work
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Lead by example, working alongside the team on the floor
- Support the General Manager and contribute to store performance
- Own your P&L, driving sales and controlling costs
- Oversee daily operations and plan for the future
- Uphold company values in all actions
- Develop team talent and succession plans
