Job Description: Assistant Manager – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a Full-Time (40 hours) Assistant Manager for MaxMara in Edinburgh.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
• Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
• Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
• Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Deals with customer queries and complaints;
• Acts as ambassador of the customer‑centric logic within the store;

Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate good conversational English.
• Have relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
• Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPIs.
• Continuously maintain high standards.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is a minimum

This would be a full time permanent role at our Edinburgh store.
