GAIL's in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach staff and drive bakery performance. You will recruit, onboard and develop future leaders, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of future Team Leaders and Head Crafters.
• Taking ownership of key operational areas, driving improvements and delivering results.
• Using bakery performance data to understand trends, spot opportunities and improve performance.
• Championing exceptional standards across food, coffee, availability and customer experience.
• Creating memorable customer moments and building loyalty within your local community.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and bakery presentation.
• Working with the Bakery Manager to deliver a successful, high-performing bakery and develop future leaders.

At GAIL's, our Assistant Bakery Managers are trusted leaders. They take ownership on the floor, lead teams through busy trading periods, drive bakery performance and help create the exceptional customer experiences we're known for.
