Job summary

GAIL'S is seeking a General Manager to lead our Elephant Park bakery. You will own overall bakery performance across people, product, customer experience and profit, while building a high-performing team and championing exceptional standards in food and service.

You will recruit and develop future leaders, drive growth, and ensure safety and community relations, bringing new initiatives to life in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality, retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver results through people and operational excellence.
