GAIL’s is where a Bakery Manager is needed to lead with inspiration across Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and nearby sites. You will empower your team daily, coach by example, and drive planning and execution to deliver great results while upholding our high standards.

The bench role covers multiple bakeries, with flexible assignments in Bath and surrounding areas; a strong benefits package supports your development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in bakery or food service, empowering teams daily.
• Ability to coach by example and drive strategic planning and execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accountable leadership for daily changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery teams across Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the GAIL’s family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.

For this bench position you will be assigned to different bakeries based on business needs, providing management cover where it is required across sites including Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and bakeries in surrounding area.
