Job summary

GAIL’s Reading is seeking a General Bench Manager to oversee bakery teams across Reading and surrounding areas, with flexibility to travel between locations. You will inspire and coach the team, empower them daily and lead by example while focusing on strategic planning and execution to deliver great results and maintain our high standards.
