Job Title: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, inspiring retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service. Your role will include ensuring the store is well merchandised and seeking continuous improvements in business performance within your Departments.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a coaching management style that is clear, open, and honest. You will ensure that retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and are capable of taking corrective action when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a proven record of meeting targets, and be career-focused and self-motivated to get the best from their team.
