Homebased with Travel

We're looking for a confident, organised individual to join our team as a Assistant Client Manager.

If you enjoy working with people, keeping projects on track, and handling details with precision, this could be the perfect fit for you.

The role includes:

Preparing client reports and Management Information (MI) datasets

Coordinating with teams across the business to gather information

Reviewing the quality of work and providing clear, helpful feedback

Assisting with due diligence checks and supplier reviews

Managing customer feedback and ensuring it's captured and reported

Supporting updates to client portals and internal teams

Helping with monthly client meetings and briefing notes

What we're looking for:

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Good with numbers and comfortable handling data

Clear, professional communication skills

Attention to detail and a methodical approach

Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively

Previous experience with client accounts is helpful but not essential

Full right to work in the UK and a UK driving licence

(Please note, this role is available and open to graduates also)
