Job summary

The Range is seeking an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager to cover stores across Scotland, including Falkirk, with travel to surrounding areas as required. The role involves leading covert and uniform security, delivering training, and supporting store teams to reduce stock loss and improve profitability.

Reporting to a Regional LP Manager, you will work with Area and Store Managers, conduct LP health checks, and manage investigations and incidents while maintaining professional conduct in all

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to store colleagues and managers to hit stock loss targets.
• Travel to focus stores according to stock loss risk.
• Conduct LP health checks to support process improvements.
• Provide data insight to store managers to identify opportunities.
• Support regional managers and stores with theft incidents and investigations.
• Identify, deter, detain, and manage shoplifting offenders professionally.
• Oversee surveillance operations across the network.
• Recruit and develop store detectives and uniform officers in the area.
• Generate incident reports and collate evidence for prosecutions.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support new store openings and set-ups.
