The Range is seeking an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager to oversee security operations across stores in Hampshire and Dorset. You will lead a team of covert and uniform security personnel, deliver LP training, and collaborate with Area Managers to reduce stock loss and improve profitability.

You will travel to focus stores, conduct LP health checks, and provide data-driven insights to store managers. A proactive leader with strong communication and decision-making skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, insight, and advice to store colleagues and managers to support stock loss targets.
• Travel to focus stores and spend time in risk stores as needed.
• Conduct LP Health Checks to support process compliance and improvements.
• Provide data insight to store managers to understand opportunities.
• Support Regional LP Managers and stores with theft incidents and investigations.
• Identify, detain, and deal with shoplifting offenders in a safe, professional manner.
• Perform surveillance across the retail network.
• Recruit, line-manage, train Store Detectives and Uniform Officers.
• Generate incident reports and evidence to support prosecutions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Attend and support new store set-ups and openings.
