Job summary

Elite Personnel is recruiting for an experienced People Partner in Birmingham to support managers across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll provide expert advice on employee relations, drive people initiatives and help create a positive workplace culture.

You’ll partner with the People Team and HR colleagues, delivering guidance on complex people matters, supporting organisational objectives and continuous improvement with an emphasis on policy development and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience providing expert HR support across employee relations and policies.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
• Manage employee relations caseload with fairness and compliance with employment law.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support attendance management and absence cases, including referrals to occupational health.
