About The Role

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for aAssistant - HR Shared Services tobecome a vital part of our PeopleTeamat our Fresh Produce packing facility in Normanton. If you are passionate about People and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Location: IPL Normanton - Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office, 3 days per week from home)
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relevant administration support for HR processes and educate key stakeholders on the correct and compliant process to follow
  • Responsible for the accurate input and maintenance of data into all HR systems
  • Utilise the HR Team ticket system ensuring that all queries and work requests are logged and dealt with in line with business routines and SLA’s
  • Maintain up to date working knowledge of IPL, Forza and Kober policies and procedures/processes to be able to deal with first line queries
  • Escalate complex or business sensitive queries to the Manager – HR Shared Service in a timely manner with relevant context so that stakeholder relationships and expectations can be managed
  • Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to administration processes moving to automation where possible.
What are we looking for?
  • With excellent administrative skills you should have experience of working within a fast-paced high volume environment to targets or Service Level Agreements
  • With outstanding attention to detail you should have the ability to work with the highest level of accuracy and be extremely organised
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Possess excellent IT skills, including Excel
  • High level of communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience of working within a Shared Service Function and/or experience of working within a HR team is desirable.
