Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions
Create and maintain employee documentation and records
Provide guidance on HR best practices and compliance issues
Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Requirements
Previous HR management experience
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Experience with HRIS systems and HR documentation
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote collaboration tools
