Role Overview:
As the HR Manager at Hope Homecare Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources functions within the company. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring that our people practices support the ongoing success and growth of the business. This is a remote role, offering flexibility, and comes with fantastic opportunities for career progression within a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Hope Homecare Services' goals and culture.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support employee development through training, performance management, and career progression planning.
  • Lead and manage employee relations, resolving issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies, ensuring adherence to HR best practices.
  • Work closely with managers to provide HR support in areas such as conflict resolution, motivation, and performance management.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture that reflects the values of Hope Homecare Services.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, ideally within the healthcare or domiciliary care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while remaining a key team player.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in managing HR systems and tools.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD qualification is a plus).
