This key post as a permanent, full time Assistant Headteacher is available from 1 September 2025, subject to satisfactory clearances and references.

There is flexibility in terms of the leadership experience and strengths that the successful applicant will bring. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader with a proven track record in securing exceptional standards, experiences, and outcomes for students. The immediate portfolio for the successful applicant will be Behaviour, Attitudes, and Culture. This is a new portfolio within our School Leadership Team and the successful applicant will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral, Inclusion, and Ethos).

We are looking for a skilled leader and teacher who can make a positive, immediate, and sustained impact on our students, staff, and parents/carers. References must span the last 5 years of employment history in accordance with KCSIE guidance.
