Job Opportunity: Educational Leader in South Bristol

We are seeking an educational leader passionate about supporting students' personal development and academic success, for a lovely special school based in South Bristol. The school caters to children with a range of special needs and disabilities, aged 4-16, and is experiencing an exciting period of growth.

The Role

This diverse role primarily focuses on promoting positive behaviour and creating an engaging, achievement-oriented learning environment. You will collaborate with staff, students, and families to implement strategies that support individual needs and align with the school’s broader objectives. Experience in a special school setting is preferred, but applications from a wide range of backgrounds are welcome. As this is a senior leadership team (SLT) position, prior experience in a senior role within a school is essential.
